1.) Can you power wash that green and black mold, moss, alga, lichen or mildew off? Yes all that stuff comes off with the right pressure washer, chemical, ladder, nozzle and professional.
2.) Are you going to harm my plants, shrubs, grass, flowers, pets or children? We understand your concern and are very careful, know what we are doing and have never had any problems like that.
3.) How often do people usually get their house pressure washed? Every year or two
4.) Do I have to take my air conditioner or screens out? No that's okay
5.) Should I move stuff off my deck or off the side of my house for when you come? No. I can move the grill and patio furniture around and most anything else so its okay to leave stuff the way it is.
6.) Will the water get under my siding/soffits and cause problems? No the siding is overlapping and interlocks with each other so no water can get underneath or behind. There are tiny leak holes underneath for moisture to drain as well.
7.) Will water get behind my windows/doors? No it should not if everything is locked but it sometimes does if things are not or it needs to be cleaned really bad. May want to lay a towel down in front of your doors.
8.) How do you pressure wash the high spots? Multiple Ladders and special nozzles, also can use an extension wand or rent a boom lift to go up to 100 feet.
9.) How long does it take for you to pressure wash a house? Generally a few hours
10.) What time of year is best to get your house washed? Whenever is best for you, quality of work will not change and we have the same low price year round.
11.) Do I have to be home for the day of service? No, most customers tape a check in a sealed envelope to the door.
12.) Is it okay to power wash roof shingles? Yes this is not a problem if done by a professional.
13.) Do you know I called a few places and nobody called me back and/or showed up? Yes I hear that all the time. Apparently a few companies do not show up or call back.
14.) Are you a franchise? No I started this company in 2004.
15.) Whats your price for a normal house wash? I charge $400 for 80% off the houses (colonials, townhouse, split) unless it is really big or really small. $300 for small ones (capes, ranches) and repeat customers. $500 for very large ones (Victorian, Large Colonials, 2 or 3 families) or unpainted cedar. $500 for half a roof and $800 for both halves or cedar half. $100 for a deck. $200 large untreated deck/pool patio. $50 for interior gutters. $100 gutter 2 story. $150 gutter 3 story/large house. Included in normal house wash is the shed, garage, patio, front steps, walkway and driveway.

17.) What do you need me to do?
Make sure all your windows and doors are locked and shut and at
least one outside faucet is working Please try not to use your water
while I am at your house (dishwasher, sprinkler, washer, shower) Try and
keep the cars away from your house or in garage the day of service. Try
not to be coming in and out of your house. Keep
the pets and children inside as well. I like to back my truck down your
driveway and open up the back doors and attach to your spickett or hose.
