Frequently asked Questions

1.) Will you blow the siding off my house? No. Very rarely if the siding was not installed right it will pop out but it always snaps back into place. If it is already loose prior to washing and fixable I will try to fix it.

2.) Are you going to ruin my plants? shrubs? grass? or flowers? No. 100-200 gallons of water is going to be sprayed while only a few gallons of soap/chemical, so it will be diluted plenty. Plus it already comes out of my wand diluted 50/50. The solution that I use is so powerful yet breaks down naturally so no worries.  I am also very careful with my hoses and ladders.

3.) Can you power wash that green and black mold, moss, alga, lichen or mildew off? Yes that stuff all comes off with the right pressure washer, chemical, nozzle and professional.

4.) Do I have to take my air conditioner out of the window? No thats ok
 
5.) Will the water get under my siding/soffits and cause problems? No the siding is overlapping and interlocks with each other so no water can possibly get underneath or behind. There are leak holes underneath for moisture to drain as well. And it is applied professionally with a spray pattern and never stays in one spot long enough to do water damage.

6.) Will water get behind my windows/doors? No it should not but its only a tiny bit of water and nothing to worry about. If you want you can lay a towel down behind the doors.

7.) How do you pressure wash the high spots? Ladders and special nozzles that can shoot 20 feet, also can use an extension wand or rent a boom lift.

8.) How long does it take for you to pressure wash a house? few hours

9.) Do I have to be home for the day of service? No, most customers tape a check to the door.

10.) Should I take my screens out? You can but most people leave them in cause its much easier and I can actually clean them while they are in. If possible you can lift them up an inch so the debris rinses out easier.

11.) How often should I have my house pressure washed? Every year or two is becoming more and more normal.

12.) What do you need me to do? Just make sure your windows are shut and at least one outside faucet is working.
